This season we are opening our first Lia physical store and we are looking for someone to join the team and take care of in-store customer service. We are looking for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, pays attention to detail, and wants to be part of the process of growing the brand.

What will you do in your day-to-day?

In-store customer service

• Assist and advise customers during their shopping experience.
• Provide a friendly, attentive, and personalized service.
• Manage sales and payments at the point of sale.
• Carry out store opening and closing tasks.
• Contribute to achieving store targets.

Store order and visual merchandising

• Keep the store and stock in perfect order.
• Ensure correct product display and replenishment.
• Collaborate on layout and visual changes according to team guidelines.

Operational support

• Manage incidents related to online orders.
• Support the preparation of online orders and the handling of returns.
• Collaborate with the team on day-to-day operational tasks.

At Lia, we are entering a new stage of growth and are looking for someone to join the team as a Buyer & Operations Manager. We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset and strong commercial judgment, who enjoys both numbers and day-to-day operations.

This person will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Management, and will be key to ensuring the business runs in an organized, profitable, and scalable way.

What will you do in your day-to-day?

Buying and stock

• Define the assortment by collection, category, and channel.
• Analyze sales, product rotation, and performance.
• Work with the Product team to improve the success of collections.
• Forecast sales vs. stock and anticipate needs.
• Manage replenishments and production timelines.
• Coordinate with Marketing on actions to move stock.

Profitability and cost control

• Analyze margins and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize costs and support pricing decisions.
• Monitor the marketing budget together with the team.

Operations

• Oversee ecommerce end-to-end (orders, shipping, returns).
• Be the internal point of reference for Shopify and ecommerce operations.
• Propose and implement improvements and automations.
• Manage suppliers (logistics, fulfillment, packaging, store).

Customer experience

• Coordinate the store team.
• Ensure a well-cared-for customer experience, both online and in-store.

Cross-area leadership and projects

• Lead operational projects.
• Work closely with Brand and Marketing.
