RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How can I make an exchange or return?
We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase, which is why we accept exchanges within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
For hygiene reasons, we kindly ask that bottom pieces are tried on over underwear, and that all returned items are clean and in the same condition in which they were sent to you.
Please note that items discounted by 50% or more cannot be exchanged or returned.
We can only accept items that are new, in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
Exchanges or returns that don’t meet these conditions will not be accepted, and you’ll need to arrange the collection of those items yourself.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal without following the procedures outlined above, you won’t be entitled to a refund.
If you wish, you can reclaim the returned items at your own expense within 10 days of receiving the return refusal and the corresponding explanation.
Otherwise, Lia reserves the right to retain both the returned products and the amount originally paid.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your package, we’ll refund the amount of your order (excluding shipping costs) within a maximum of 14 business days.
You’ll be notified by email once the transaction has been completed. Refunds will automatically be issued to the same card used for the original purchase.
