What types of payments do we accept?

We accept credit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay. If you’d like to pay using another method, we’ll be happy to try to help. You can reach us directly at hello@liaswimwear.com

 

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us at hello@liaswimwear.com within 4 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to make any changes after this time frame.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Lia uses GLS for deliveries within Spain and FedEx for international orders. In general, orders are delivered within 24–72 hours in the Iberian Peninsula, 2–3 business days in the Balearic Islands, and 3–7 days across Europe. Please note that occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance processes, which are beyond our control.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. If you haven’t received it, please email us at hello@liaswimwear.com

 

What does pre-order mean? Can I cancel a pre-order?

A pre-order item is one that can be purchased before it’s in stock. You can cancel your pre-order any time before it has been processed. To do so, simply email us at hello@liaswimwear.com

 

I ordered an in-stock set along with a pre-order item. Will they ship separately?

We’ll ship your order once all items are available. If you’d prefer to receive the available items first, just email us at hello@liaswimwear.com

 

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes when I receive my order?

For orders shipped to European Union countries, duties are already covered you will not have any additional costs upon delivery.

This also applies to the following countries:

• Norway
• Switzerland
• United Kingdom
• Mexico
• United States
• Australia

For all other countries, the customer is responsible for duties, customs fees and import taxes. 

Lia has no control over the charges applied by each country’s customs authorities, and we cannot inform you of the exact amount, as this varies by country and is not calculated at checkout.
