RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Changes and returns
We want to ensure the satisfaction of our customers and that’s why we accept changes or returns within 14 calendar days from the moment the package is delivered. Products on sale at 50% or above are not eligible for any exchanges or refunds.
However, we recommend trying on the bottoms with customer’s underwear on, as the returned items must be CLEAN and in the same conditions that we have sent them. We can only accept products that are in their original condition, that haven’t been used, altered or damaged and that include all labels. The changes or returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and it will be the Client himself who will have to organize the picking of it.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for any shipping costs required for the return. Please use a secure, insured and tracked courier service as we cannot accept liability for any items that don’t reach our facilities in Spain. We won't accept any return that is not tracked.
If the return is exercised without complying with the procedures mentioned above, the Client will not have the right to receive a refund. If requested, the customer may re-acquire the returned products, on his own account, within a period of 10 days after receiving the refusal of the return and the relevant reasons. On the other hand, the seller is entitled to retain the returned products, as well as the amount already paid for the purchase.
When will I receive the refund?
As soon as we receive your package, we will refund the amount of the items within 14 business days from the date received at our facility, excluding shipping costs. Any refund will be automatically issued to Paypal or to the card used in the original order.
